Hola, friends!!! This is Erin, founder of APPP, wishing you a blessed and safe start to your holiday season!
Like many of you, I hoped to be further along with our mission by 2024, but I'm still grateful for all of our progress thus far. "Alegría" means "joy," which reminds me to see and feel the joy in all things. A few of the things I'm joyful for this holiday season are:
my family
my friends (including you!)
our 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status being granted this year
hiring grant writers and fundraising managers this year--they are SOOOOO helpful!
branching out to other social media platforms

all the little things that are coming together to support our mission
When I count my blessings, I don't have the capacity to worry about what we haven't achieved yet, lol What are you grateful or joyful for?
